Department of Science & Technology, Government of India is compiling an directory of Of Scientists & Technologists engaged in R&D work in emerging & hi-tech areas. The directory would be used to mail electronically various announcements by the STIC viz. Call for proposals, organisation of bilateral and multilateral S&T events, refereeing of the proposals, workshops/symposia and other.
