Indo-Swiss Cooperation in Science & Technology

India and Switzerland signed a bilateral Agreement for cooperation in Science & Technology on November 10, 2003, during with State visit of the Swiss President to India. Initially, joint research programmes in the identified areas of:

o Genomics; and
o IT Applications

are planned to be supported by the Indian and Swiss governments under the bilateral agreement. An Indo-Swiss Joint Research Programme (ISJRP) has been launched and proposals are invited through a joint call.
