Background Information

The Inter Governmental Agreement for Cooperation in Science and Technology between India and Peru was signed in Lima on August 26, 1975. The Department of Science and Technology from Indian side and the  Nacional Council of Science and Technology of Peru (CONCYTEC) are the nodal agencies from the two sides for implementation of the Agreement.

The Programme of Cooperation (POC) between the Department of Science and Technology and CONCYTEC of Peru is under negotiations.
